WHAT IS Cancer PEP?
The research trial for this program is now CLOSED. The CancerPEP program is available commercially, at CancerPEP.com.
Cancer PEP (Cancer Patient Empowerment Program) is a comprehensive daily home-based 6-month Empowerment Program offered by an Oncologist and a Psychology Professor Scientist (husband and wife team). For 26 weeks receive a daily email and short PEP video; teaching and encouraging home-based health-promoting activities:
- Aerobic exercise
- Strength training by following our videos
- Anti-cancer diet with cooking videos
- Relaxation and stress reduction techniques
- Relationship and connection teaching
The program includes monthly videoconferences and a Facebook group for interested participants. We will teach you the science on how to form healthy habits and let go of unhealthy ones. Click play on the introductory video below to learn more about this program.
Cancer PEP is ideal for anyone scheduled for, undergoing, or recovering from cancer treatment of any type or stage, diagnosed at any time. Family members and loved ones are encouraged to join along.
